| Cusomer Care Representative |
| OriSolutions owns some of Orissa's successful web portals. The selected candidates will be responsible for all activities related to customer service and manage web site data at web portals. Selected candidates will work in a safe and comfortable environment. Internet skills are essential. These positions are expected to be long-term employment opportunities for the right candidates. The positions are NOT web development positions. Job Location: Bapujinagar, Bhubaneswar
Work Hours: 6 days a week
Salary: Based on experience and skills |
- Communicate with clients in person and over phone
- Creation of online customer profiles and manage website contents
- Various report generation
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisors

- Age: Must be above 28 years
- Education: Only Art/Science/Commerce graduates would be considered. Engineering/Management graduates will not be considered
- Good English - Must be able to write error free English
- Internet/Compter skills - must be expert in use of Internet and computers. If you do not have expertise in Internet use, you will not be considered
- Fluency in Oriya - Must be fluent in Oriya
